We understand that sometimes it just doesn't work out! No worries, you can return items bought online up to 14 days after receiving your package. If returning online we recommend that you use a reliable delivery company so that you can access a shipping confirmation number and track your package, we are not responsible for lost goods that are being returned back to us. Please note that Lou Lou's Boutique is not responsible for lost packages or returned shipping costs.

If you would rather return something in store than online that's perfectly fine! Return Policy in store is 7 days after purchase or received package date.
If you would like to exchange an item online for a different size, you may do so as long as we have the size you're looking for available. All other exchanges must be done in store, due to high demand and inventory selling at fast pace.

Items to be returned or exchanged must be unwashed, unworn, and/or unused with tags/stickers still attached and must be accompanied by a receipt.
When purchasing online please note that your order will be sent out within 4-8 business days after purchase. LouLou's Boutique ships with United States Postal Services.
